Taylor Force Act
The Taylor Force Act is an Act of the U.S. Congress conditioning assistance to the West Bank and Gaza on steps by the Palestinian Authority to end violence and terrorism against Israeli citizens. The bill was introduced in the wake of the 2016 Tel Aviv stabbing attack, which was carried out by a Palestinian from the West Bank city of Qalqilya. The attacker, who was killed by Israeli security forces, was identified as a member of the Palestinian Authority security forces.
